Do you hand-make everything?

Yes! Every BlumeBoxx item is 3D-printed, and packaged in our small studio with care.

What materials do you use?

Most prints are made from PLA or PETG, both lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly.

How long will my order take to ship?

In-stock items normally ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom items may take 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — if enabled at checkout, you’ll see a “Local Pickup” option. Pickup is available in the Pearland Area. 

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! Some products include custom color options. For fully custom prints, contact us before ordering.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
