Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After printing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns

Because items are made to order, we do not accept general returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.

Custom Orders

Custom color items and fully custom prints are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
